| Pwema provides technical services based on human resources, so our rates are based on a well-studied hourly rates formula depending on the required human resource experience level and needed skill sets to update your site. We are a very transparent company and feel comfortable explaining to our clients exactly how we plan to make money and why. Our hourly rate formula is based on X * (1.7 to 2.4) * (1.2), where X represents Pwema's Human Resource Salary cost and where the 1.7 to 2.4 factor represents all overhead costs from office, computers, networks, electricity, supporting non-billable staff, legal, accounting, Internet and all other operational costs, and the 1.2 factor is a standard acceptable 20% profit margin. | We typically will create a pre-studied retainer fee, but we will keep track of all actual hours worked on your Site's Maintenance, if the actual rates are within plus or minus 15% of the agreed-upon retainer fee, Pwema will not alarm you or request to amend the retainer fee. However if actual costs go below or above 15% we will request that we amend the retainer fee and provide clear explanation for the reasons to either reduce or increase the maintenance retainer fee. |
